Workshop / Conference Facilitators—Contract
Broad function: We are currently looking for a focused, energetic and well organized and experienced and certified Sales, Marketing, and Leadership Trainers to support our workshop curriculum.
Experience, Education, Certifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in providing effective leadership, sales, or service training
- Minimum 7 years experience in group facilitation and/or training with organizational leaders.
- Certifications and experience delivering multiple leadership tools including but not limited to MBTI, 360 assessments, DDI, Achieve Global, Lominger Career Architect, or EQ
- Coaching certification from ICF or equivalent coaching training experience
- Occasional travel possible 10%
Desired:
- Master’s Degree in Career Development, Organization Development, Industrial Psychology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of business experience, preferably in a related field

Business Development Executive – Client & Partnerships
This is a unique opportunity to play a major role in the growth and development of Altruistic Leadership. You will partner with senior management and HR colleagues to develop and drive a team of Business Development professional. You will be point person and have responsibility for the business development and client relations.
You will be an exceptional leader and people manager as well as a hands-on business development leadership; you will be able to do everything from building a business plan to creating marketing to drive business results. You will develop strong relationships and work closely with the President to support Altruistic Leadership’s strategic direction through the management of client & business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships for Altruistic Leadership, with a focus on leveraging and expanding Altruistic Leadership’s business and services with these partners. This individual will be responsible for growing partnerships and client base. You will work closely with the facilitation team to deliver on the partnership commitments. A good deal of the role involves strong communication skills both internally and externally.
- Manage all client & partner communications from daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings
- Analyze performance of accounts and report results internally and externally
- Monitor and analyze ongoing metrics in order to optimize the overall performance of the business units
- Work with internal teams to ensure organizational understanding of client needs
- Drive relationship building process at multiple levels between client & organizational partners and Altruistic Leadership
- Develop initiatives designed to expand partnership opportunities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the partnership day to day but the role also highly relies on the ability to work cross-functionally with within Altruistic Leadership and contractor staff to deliver the end-to-end experience excellence.
Desired Skills, Experience, Responsibilities & Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have extensive working knowledge of the professional development programs, diversity programs at plus.
- Experience with companies with internal diversity councils or employee resource groups
- Experienced/tenured business development track record a plus.
- Ability to navigate across complex organizations and establish credibility quickly.
- Willingness to take action, make decisions and lead.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Outstanding written and oral presentation skills.
- Highly analytical and excellent business acumen.
- Strong organizational skills in managing projects within strict deadlines.
- Leadership abilities: leading / managing teams
- Sales orientation
- Program management experience
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
- At least 5 years of management experience with hands-on business development expertise.
- Skilled at working in a team environment, managing multiple clients, and providing strong consultative skills throughout the staffing process. Respects and works well with system approach and complex processes.
- Demonstrates diverse cultural understanding.
